......... boy i really struggle with weekends, i was so determined to be so good on Sunday that all went out the window when we ended up having Darrens brother and his wife and our little nephew over, I bought all good stuff except for some chips for the kids and jatz I made a ww friendly dip and ended up eating way to much of dip and chips. Lunch was ok but i am sure i could of keep my portions a bit smaller. So needless to say after they left I felt angry and ended up having a binge on bikkies, of which i will not be buying again. I did manage to go for a walk last night and didn't eat dinner.
So there goes my tracking for 2 weeks , today i have been great i am tracking on Calorie King this week just to see how i like counting calories actually it has been good I haven't really worried about when I was going to eat again. I have been for a 20min walk, and drank 8 glasses of water. Back to my personal trainer tomorrow so here is hoping I can undo any damage by Friday.
